Refund policy

30-day returns: you may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Condition: because these are personal care products, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned, except when they arrived damaged, defective, or not as ordered.

How to start a return: email msaminyc@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with return instructions. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Return shipping: if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong, we send a prepaid label and replace or refund the item at no cost to you. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Refund timing: refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Damaged or wrong items: inspect your order on arrival and email us within 7 days with a photo. We make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges: return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. That is the fastest way to get it.

UK and EU customers: you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the same unopened-condition rule. Return shipping for a change-of-mind cancellation is paid by the customer.

Non-returnable: gift cards and items marked final sale.
